In addition to file-new being missing, context commands for my Icon Saver program are wiped out and God knows what else. Something here lately in Windows or from Nvidia incorrectly overwrites several registry keys whenever the Nvidia drivers are installed. It is caused by updating video card drivers for Nvidia cards. This has now happened to me three times in the last month and it has nothing to do with IE. To fix that I had to do a format and reinstall, and that's something I'd rather avoid this time.

I don't see why my drivers (OR File menu) should have been corrupted - surely all Windows defrag is supposed to do is REARRANGE data, not corrupt it!
